Make a formal complaint

In addition to letters, tweets and petitions, you can also make objections and complaints to Lambeth.

  1. Please email lowtrafficneighbourhoods@lambeth.gov.uk to make an objection to the LTN.
  2. The complaints process is separate from making an objection. To make a complaint write to complaints@lambeth.gov.uk making it clear you are making a complaint. Officers are obliged to respond to this within 25 working days. If you are dissatisfied with the response, you can ask for the response to be reviewed.
